Add zoom box and improve scrolling speed for projection selection map in project wizard.

Currently if a user selects to use a map to select the projection within the project wizard the scroll speed is brutal. It would be good to improve that or just put a zoom box ability within the map.

Add smoothing to SV editor.

Found that this may be usefull in cases where user has both UP and down cast in the SV export. Saves time when the cast is zig zagging.

Record target creation in survey log

Nice if when a target is created that target creation time is logged in the survey log and if the target is named then the name gets recorded. Handy for keeping track of SV cast or other information.

Add more Languages to the Language database (Update LNG with DeepL KI based translation

I suggest that we do change the database so we can not only export but import as well. When I did the translation to German and it was pretty painful as I had to do every single expression by hand and did it mostly by copying it to google translat...

With both Norbit and Reson able to pass through data over s7k it would be nice to be able to filter RTK tides in survey like all other position drivers.
