Limit the file size in logging.

Allow display of XYZ data along with HS2x data

Allow users to bring in XYZ data as a layer for data comparison. We would still need to be able to click on an XYZ point and see its coordinates however no ability to edit these points is needed.

Make the S57 display units default to the project units
