Add exclusion zone feature that alarms when zone is entered.

Tyler at Marinex has exclusion zones in their area and would like a way to make areas that will trigger an alarm if the cutter head enters them and show these boundaries in the profile view.

Josh, there is an old article how to use Bordercheck driver. I've just tested it in 2022 Q2 and it works to me
