Need more ROV tools in Hypack

Just got a call about this. We need more tools for ROV work. Need a way to stream video into Hypack and record the footage. Each frame should have a location tag. Additionally we need to be able to when f5 is hit a frame of video footage along with a target is saved to a data base similar to a SS target data base. We also need processing tools that allow for pulling out video frames with the position info and putting that into a target database. This would be a good thing to to work with ESRI on as well.

    I understand the idea but it I am not sure that this fits with the HYPACK products. The work required seems like a lot for a small community of users.
