Fully integrate EPSG

We have recently added the EPSG code in hypack. Just found out that it only works when we do handle the projection though. We should implement all EPSG codes in our geodesy engine. I believe that there is a free API helping with this.


This would be a huge step forward for the geodesy as more and more people are using EPSG codes.
