Improved error log in SURVEY

Paul Davies proposed to keep the error logs for SURVEY crashes so the user can understand what has caused the crash - for example, if the serial port had a problem or if the dongle is invalid etc.

    The problem is we don't always know. It would take a really verbose logging system which would create massive log files to record every step. And it would take up processor time.
