Add Qinertia into Hypack, so that every customer can get improved Postüprocessed positioning

SBG offered us to implement Qinertia into Hypack. The implementation would allow customers with any GPS/IMU combination to process their positioning.

SBG has developed a CLI that can be integrated in Hypack:

Customer can buy through Hypack a livcense for this service.

    We met with SBG to discuss this. The first stage is to allow users to create a Qinertia project directly from HYPACK and open Qinertia with an icon in hte shell.
