New Naming Scheme for LOG and RAW Files

Harry Sealey from Shoreline Surveys suggests the following in SURVEY:

Create the catalog file as “YYYYMMDD_JulianDay_RAW”. This format (particularly the date) means that the catalog files will always be in chronological order when viewed in Windows Explorer, they also contain the date and julian day for easy reference to the files.
Create the long filenames as “YYYYMMDDHHMMSS_JulianDay_LineNumber”. This again means that all files will be in chronological order and can easily be referenced to the catalog file.
This will save a lot of time and make the process of sorting data a lot easier.
