Metadata ISO19115 format for all Customers

eHydro conforms to ISO19115 format as far as I am aware. However, there are a number of other fields customers are being asked to include in the metadata that is not available when using eHydro.

Attached document listing the minimum items to be included for metadata in ISO19115 format.

    Pushed this over to INTER-162. Noted that it was not a bug but needs to be looked into as customers are being told it is a requirement for some jobs.
