Allow control of any map window from other map windows

In some cases users have 2 screens with screen 2 being used for the helm. There are times when the second screen is far away and seeing where the mouse is is difficult. It would be nice to be able to change the tracking and orientation, zoom,color scale, layers and matrix display of screen 2 from screen 1
