Support of PRODSS, EXO

Justin Stockley asks us to support BIN data from PRODSS handheld WQ sensor. It is very similar to EXO. I opened a sample BIN files in Environmental Editor and could see correct positions and one parameters but it should have much more.

The project with the sample BIN data as well as the full data in CSV file is on the G driver in the G:\Hypack\QC\JIRA TICKET FILES\SUP-2031-ProdSS folder

Correction - we do read ProdSS BIN files correct- it was just the first file in Justin's examples that only has single Barometric data, the other two files look almost correct except Survey window in the editor shows them off the map though resulting XYZ files look correct in the shell.
