Add European 'Date Naming Convention' (YYYMMDD) to Filenaming for LOG files

Most every HYPACK user outside of the US uses the YYMMDD or YYYMMDD naming convention, when it comes to DATE.


We have had several requests from users that have to modify these filenames, in order to 'fit in' with their file naming orientation.
