Add import from DXF into line editor

Currently we have the ability to create LNW from DXF but it is only by right clicking in the shell. All ways of creating a LNW SHOULD be in the LNW editor as well.

    We should go through all right click options in the project tree and make sure to also add those to the appropreate editors.
