Change A frame offsets in towfish.dll to be same as hardware (Forward, Starboard, Up)

Currently when a user opens up the towfish driver the offsets are labled as XYZ this is very confusing for users as we do not use XYZ notations in the standard offsets of hardware.

    Also when offsets are entered into the a-frame offsets in the driver setup it would be good if those were reflected on the 3d boat shape in hardware.
