HyplotMax - Add right click, zoom extents ability to map area selections.

In hyplot max add the ability to right click on any layer of a map window and zoom extents. So for example if I have a border activated in the map window layers I could right click on that layer and soom to it. Currently there is only a zoom extents to all layers activated inside of a map window
