Add more tools for the targets processing in MBMAX64

Hello,

We can’t seem to edit or amend targets in MBMAX like you can in HP Survey or SHELL. Quite often we need to measure length, width and height of targets and can only do this in MBMAX. Could this functionality be added to enable editing of targets similar to HP Survey/SHELL.

Another few requests from Emile:
1. Target name length is limited to 20 now. I remember there was a fix last year about it but in 2022 Q1 it is still the same limit.
2. Add ability to autoname targets in a way as SSTM does it.
3. Ability to modify targets (at least its names?) in MBMAX64 editor
