COLMAR from Italy is asking to add a new TVU computation formula since Italian standard is more strict:

1. In Italy we have a more restrictive Standard than the IHO Exclusive Order. In the TVU formula a2+(b×d)2 the a value is 0.10 m instead of 0.15 m. Is it possible to configure manually the TPU.ini file with this settings so to modify the wanted TVU, THU and target dimension limits?
