Watershed Integrity - improved geophone detection of PIGs

Over the course of RTT development it's become clear that the geophone is a powerful sensor channel that in some cases can detect approaching tools several kilometres away. However at the same time it can also fall victim to environmental noise. There is a significant interest both on the Pure and Client sides to track tools by weld joint identification. This would benefit from a more robust geophone datastream. Most of the RTTs deployed to track PIGs will only utilize EM, magnetometer and geophone (internal) channels. However there are a pair of very capable DSPs in every sensor pod dedicated (currently) to acoustic ping detection and demodulation. I think we should repurpose (operator configurable) one of these audio DSPs to run an adaptive FIR filter on the geophone input and either performing weld-hit detection or send the raw time-series data to pure connect which could do the weld identification.
