convert the PipeDiver video into 2D unfolded image especially for Ultra, so it can be directly correlated to Ultra's thickness map and provide additional internal wall info. - idea from Carlos

PipeDiver Ultra collect both ultrasonic data and video during inspection, however the analysis for the two are not synced. And often great man power required to correlate video analysis result to ultrasonic data that the correlation only happen for occasional spot checks. Convert Video to 2D to have the video info directly correlatable with Ultra data would make great use of video, improve its analysis efficiency and effectiveness, and provides additional info for Ultra.
