The robotics panoramic camera can produce pipe roll-up images that provide a lot of the same pipe visualization features as video, in a more at-a-glance fashion. These images could be incorporated into the Kronos website for markup, and into Pipe Vision for pipe visualization to help with analysis and provide deliverable.
Components could include:
Import and display of roll-up images on the Kronos website
Correlation of roll-up images with EM data in the analysis software
Export of a deliverable with roll-up image including overlays of visually marked defects as well as regions of EM distress.
Estimated cost is $75K
Kronos integration: $30K (3 months, 3 ITC developers)
Integration into the Analysis software: $30K (1 month, 3 software developers)
Visual deliverable: $15K (2 weeks, 3 software developers)
Estimated Benefit to the analysts of 5 hours per robotics project.
